As a small business based in the north of England we really appreciate your custom - if there is anything you are unsure of or would like to change, please just message us.

During the week we accept orders the day after they are placed, usually in the late afternoon. Friday and weekend orders are accepted on Monday afternoon.

We dispatch all UK orders using Royal Mail and they will deliver to your safe place if you have given them one - we are unable to override the standing instructions from you to Royal Mail. All our deliveries are tracked; you will be given the tracking number in your dispatch email so you can check its progress.
